FREE Yin Yoga every Wednesday @ 7:30pm
Yin Yoga is the practice of holding stretches for 5 minutes at a time with the goals of stretching your fascia, circulating your chi, and calming your nervous system. Join me for 60 minutes of Yin Yoga accompanied by 20 minutes of guided meditation. Increase mobility, reduce pain, improve sleep, and prepare your body for meditation.

30-minute Meditation Classes at Modo Yoga Portland, Every Tuesday & Thursday @9:15AM - 9:45AM, October - December
Meditation classes involve focusing on the present moment as a way to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while improving your overall well-being. Students will be guided to focus on their breath, observe their thoughts and feelings, and let go of any distractions. Through regular attendance and dedicated practice, you can cultivate a stronger sense of self-awareness and inner peace. Classes are suitable for anyone.
