This one week workshop will be a combination of meditation practice and a sharing of ideas about how to practice grace, acceptance, and ease with your family.  Of course these practices are helpful all the time but they can be extra helpful during the intensity of the holidays.  Approaching family gatherings with the proper mindset (accepting family for who they are, forgiving unresolved pain and disappointment, and honest/balanced self expression) combined with easy breathing techniques to balance your energy can help you to redefine your holiday experience and open space for connection with your family.  

Class content:

  • Organizing your mind. Developing clear goals (emotional and tangible) and having a premeditated perspective will help you navigate painful emotions and frustrating family cycles.

  • Applied meditation techniques.  Balancing your chi (in the moment)  with 3 Dan Tian breathing will help you stay present, non-reactive, and support participation with your family.
